2. What We Store
We store only your generated personal ID, password hash, subscription status, technical billing identifiers, and encrypted VPN config.
3. Third-Party Payments
Paddle handles all payment and tax data. We do not store card data.
4. Logs and Security
Security logs may temporarily process IP addresses to protect against attacks. We do not log your VPN traffic.
5. Loss of Access
If you lose your personal ID, it cannot be restored. We have no way to recover your account without an email on file.
6. Right to Erasure
You can request account deletion at any time.
